Zusammenfassung: | The EGR valve sealing structure comprises a valve rod, and the middle of the valve rod is sequentially sleeved with a lower sealing ring, an exhaust gasket, an upper sealing ring and a guide sleeve from bottom to top. By analyzing the reason of carbon deposition clamping stagnation of the valve rod, the position of a part mounted on the valve rod is adjusted, and an internal pressure relief airflow channel is changed, specifically, when the valve rod moves up and down from the airflow direction, a small part of airflow is exhausted from the pressure relief hole only through the lower sealing ring and the exhaust gasket instead of passing through the upper sealing ring and the guide sleeve, so that the sealing effect of the valve rod is improved.
