Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides an optical assembly and a lamp, the optical assembly comprises a plurality of first optical parts which are annularly distributed and a plurality of second optical parts which are arranged on the peripheries of the first optical parts in a surrounding mode, and the first optical parts are arranged in a surrounding mode to form a first reflecting surface used for reflecting light. A gap for accommodating the first optical part is arranged between the adjacent second optical parts, and the first optical part is configured to move to the space between the adjacent second optical parts along the radial direction of the optical assembly so as to form a second reflecting surface for reflecting light together with the second optical parts in a surrounding manner; and the cross sectional area of the opening of the second reflecting surface is larger than that of the opening of the first reflecting surface. Compared with the prior art, the light beam angle is changed by directly changing the
