Zusammenfassung: | A multi-stage filtering device for preparing high-purity chemicals is characterized in that a reaction kettle is connected with an inlet of a delivery pump through a line pipeline, an outlet of the delivery pump is connected with a primary filter through a line pipeline, and an outlet of the primary filter is respectively connected with inlets of a secondary filter A and a secondary filter B through line pipelines; and the outlets of the secondary filter A and the secondary filter B are respectively connected with a product discharge valve through pipelines. The utility model aims to provide a multi-stage filtering device for preparing high-purity chemicals aiming at effectively removing part of impurities in DMC (Dimethyl Carbonate) in the production process of the high-purity DMC.
