A heat conduction layer, a heating layer and a protection layer are sequentially arranged on the inner cavity wall of the heating cavity from inside to outside, a controller is arranged in the containing cavity and electrically connected with the heating layer in the heating cavity, and the lithium battery is arranged in the containing cavity and electrically connected with the controller.
