Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a connecting device and a household appliance, and belongs to the technical field of household appliances, the connecting device comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and a locking piece, the first connecting piece comprises a mounting groove and a first opening, the second connecting piece is inserted into or pulled out of the mounting groove through the first opening, and the locking piece is inserted into or pulled out of the mounting groove through the second opening. When the second connecting piece is inserted into the mounting groove, a lock hole is defined by the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, and the locking piece is detachably mounted in the lock hole to lock the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece. The locking piece can be switched between an unlocking position allowing the locking piece to retreat from the lock hole and a locking position preventing the locking piece from retreating from the lock hole.
