A three-hole punching machine comprises a base and a lifting handle cover, the lifting handle cover is rotationally connected with the base, a first punch assembly, a second punch assembly and a third punch assembly are arranged on the base, and the first punch assembly and the second punch assembly are located on the two sides of the third punch assembly respectively and are in sliding connection with the base; a synchronous adjusting mechanism is arranged on the base and comprises a rotating part, a first transmission part and a second transmission part, and the first punch assembly and the second punch assembly are synchronously adjusted under the action of the synchronous adjusting mechanism. When a user pokes the first punch assembly to move towards the third punch assembly in the middle, the second punch assembly at the other end synchronously moves towards the third punch assembly in the middle. Compared with the prior art, the punching machine has the advantages that the positions of the left punch as
