Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses an AGV grounding device suitable for a vehicle CO2 welding production line, which comprises a grounding part fixed on an AGV trolley driving path at a CO2 welding station; the first conductive part is arranged on the grounding part, and the top surface of the first conductive part is a first contact surface; the second conductive part is arranged on the AGV trolley, and the bottom surface of the second conductive part is a second contact surface; and the second conductive part has a grounding state in which the second contact surface is adaptively attached to the first contact surface when the second conductive part moves to the CO2 welding station along with the AGV trolley, and a disconnection state in which the second contact surface is separated from the first contact surface when the AGV trolley drives away from the CO2 welding station. The automatic bonding device for the AGV trolley has the advantages that bonding of the AGV trolley can be automatically completed easily when
