The novel precast concrete frame column comprises an upper end node, a lower end node and a core area node, the upper end node is connected with the core area node; the core area node is connected with the lower end node; the upper end node is provided with an overhanging longitudinal reinforcing steel bar; the core area nodes are provided with steel beams which are perpendicular to each other; a through hole is formed in the flange of the steel beam; a mechanical grouting sleeve is arranged in the lower end node; the longitudinal steel bars penetrate through through holes formed in the flanges of the steel beams to be connected with the mechanical grouting sleeves. Concrete frame beam-column connection is converted into steel member connection, the structure is simple, site construction is convenient, and site concrete pouring is not needed; the steel plate hoops, the strip-shaped steel plate hoops and the like enable the concrete of the node
