The flat rope handle forming mechanism sequentially comprises a feeding roller set, a gluing roller set, a flattening rope assembly, a discharging roller set, a cutting-off mechanism and a handle reversing mechanism from front to back, wherein the cutting-off mechanism and the handle reversing mechanism are shared by the flat rope handle forming mechanism and the round rope handle forming mechanism.
