Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a runner chamber detection assembly and a water turbine, the runner chamber detection assembly comprises a mounting seat, a support arm, a camera and an LED lamp, the mounting seat is used for being mounted on the inner wall of the runner chamber under the magnetic effect; the support arm is rotatably sleeved on the mounting seat; the camera is arranged at the end part of the support arm; the camera is installed on the supporting arm in a swinging mode. The LED lamp is arranged on one side of the camera and swings along with swinging of the camera, the camera is installed on the supporting arm in a swinging mode, the orientation of the camera is changed in the process of swinging relative to the supporting arm so as to adapt to different detection angles of the runner chamber, and the camera rotates along with rotation of the supporting arm relative to the installation base so as to adjust the detection angle of the runner chamber. According to the detection assembly of the runner
