The inside of the axle sleeve is provided with a rack. The body is equipped with a feed gear wheel which engages with the rack and which outside is provided with a feed crank. The pole is provided with a cutter head supporter. The supporter is equipped with the cutter head which is fastened with a charging barrel. The utility model is reasonable in structure and high in work efficiency. The processed frost flower of it is even and it can also cut frozen meat slice.
