Device for carrying articles and foldable bag

A device and a foldable bag for carrying articles wherein a frame member is folded to allow a front portion to be folded towards a back portion to reduce the volume of the device for transport or storage. The frame member may extend through the left side, along the bottom, from the left side to the right side, through the right side, from the back to the front, or a combination thereof. The bottom may include a flexed floor to which a fabric hinge is attached.
