Zusammenfassung:A breaking hammer capable of independently adjusting impact frequency and impact energy comprises a hydraulic oil tank, a main pump, a two-degree-of-freedom excitation valve, an industrial personal computer and a breaking hammer body. A proportional electromagnet and a servo motor are respectively arranged at two ends of the two-degree-of-freedom excitation valve; the hydraulic oil tank is sequentially connected with the first filter, the main pump, the second filter and an oil port P of the two-degree-of-freedom excitation valve through oil pipes, and an oil port T1 and an oil port T2 of the two-degree-of-freedom excitation valve are sequentially connected with the overflow valve, the cooler and the hydraulic oil tank through oil pipes; the oil port A is connected with an oil port P of the hydraulic cylinder body through an oil pipe, and the oil port B is connected with an oil port O of the hydraulic cylinder body through an oil pipe; the hydraulic cylinder body is provided with a pressure sensor in the pist
