Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a battery equalization circuit and system. The battery equalization circuit comprises an amplifier, an amplifier tube and a feedback branch. The output end of the amplifier is connected with the control end of the amplifier tube, the input end of the amplifier tube is used for being connected with the positive electrode of a battery cell in a battery, the output end of the amplifier tube is connected with the negative electrode of the battery cell through a feedback branch, and the feedback branch is connected with the inverted input end of the amplifier.
