A waste heat absorption cavity is formed in the waste heat utilization box, a heat exchange mechanism is installed in the waste heat absorption cavity, a smoke dust filtering drawer is installed at the upper end of the interior of the waste heat utilization box in a drawing and pulling embedded mode, a smoke exhaust pipe is installed at the side end of the waste heat absorption cavity in a communicating mode, and a smoke discharging valve is installed on the smoke exhaust pipe.
