The carburetor with the choke valve structure comprises a choke valve shaft and a choke valve which are installed in a carburetor body, the choke valve shaft is provided with a groove part used for installing the choke valve, the choke valve is fixedly installed in the groove part, the choke valve is provided with a ventilation part, and the ventilation part is provided with a ventilation hole. The ventilation part is at least one of a notch part arranged on the periphery of the choke valve and at least one ventilation hole formed in the choke valve, the ventilation holes are different in shape and size, and the upper end of the choke valve extends out of the carburetor body and is provided with an adjusting handle. A plurality of gear through holes are evenly formed in the adjusting handle with the axis of the choke valve shaft as the reference circumference, and ball plungers matched with the gear through holes are installed on the carburetor body. The carburetor is reasonable in structural design, the chok
