The material tray is provided with a rotor positioning seat, a press-fitting hole and a crankcase positioning column; the tray positioning mechanism is provided with a receding hole, and the rotor press-fitting mechanism is arranged below the receding hole. The rotor transplanting mechanism is arranged on one side of the tray positioning mechanism, and the upper positioning mechanism is arranged above the rotor press-fitting mechanism; under the driving of the tray positioning mechanism, the material tray is close to or far away from the upper positioning mechanism; the upper positioning mechanism is used for abutting against the crankcase on the material tray.
