Zusammenfassung:	The portable chemical fertilizer dissolving, atomizing and spraying device for plant maintenance comprises a storage battery and a metal partition plate frame, the storage battery is installed and fixed to the position below a partition plate on the inner side of the metal partition plate frame, and a movable rotating wheel is arranged at the lower end of the metal partition plate frame. An atomization belt winder is arranged at the outer end of the metal partition plate frame, a control switch box is arranged above a partition plate on the inner side of the metal partition plate frame, an atomization spraying pump is arranged on the portion, located on the metal partition plate frame, of the outer side of the control switch box, and a limiting fixing top plate is arranged at the upper end of the metal partition plate frame. A dissolving medicine storage barrel is arranged in the limiting fixing top plate and located on the metal partition plate frame, and a stirring motor is arranged at the upper end of the
