The upper opening and closing assembly comprises an upper air cylinder and an upper opening and closing plate, a piston rod of the upper air cylinder is connected with the upper opening and closing plate, the upper air cylinder drives the upper opening and closing plate to move so as to close or open a discharging port of the hopper, the lower opening and closing assembly comprises a lower air cylinder and a lower opening and closing plate, and a piston rod of the lower air cylinder is conne
