A grip belt is suitable for being wrapped on the surface of an object and comprises a waterproof layer and an elastic layer fixedly connected to the waterproof layer, the waterproof layer comprises a polyurethane hydrogel material, is in a film shape and is provided with a bottom face attached to the surface of the object and a top face opposite to the bottom face, the elastic layer is made of a resin foaming material, and the elastic layer is made of a resin foaming material.
