The utility model relates to a device for filling a container with a filling product, preferably for filling a glass bottle with an oxygen-sensitive beverage in a beverage filling facility, the device comprises: a port sealing device for hermetically connecting an inner cavity of the device with a port of a container to be filled; a filling product outlet for introducing a filling product into the container sealed by means of the through-opening sealing device; a vacuum channel for applying a negative pressure to the interior of the container which is sealingly connected by means of the through-opening sealing device; a decompression channel for decompressing the interior of the container sealed by means of the through-opening sealing device to ambient pressure; and a flushing gas channel for introducing a flushing gas into the interior of the container sealed by means of the through-opening sealing device, an open-loop control device/closed-loop control device being provided, which is designed to carry out a
