The anti-needling syringe comprises a needle cylinder, a push rod and a puncture needle, the puncture needle comprises a needle head base and a needle body, the outer wall of the needle cylinder is detachably connected with a protective sleeve, the top of the protective sleeve is closed, and the bottom of the protective sleeve is provided with an opening matched with the needle head base; the top of the sheath is fixedly connected with the needle head seat through a first pull rope, and the bottom of the sheath is detachably connected with the outer wall of the needle cylinder through a second pull rope; the sheath is arranged on the outer wall of the needle cylinder, after a medical worker uses the syringe, the second pull rope is detached from the outer wall of the needle cylinder, then the sheath covers the puncture needle, the sheath and the needle head base are fixed in an inserted mode, and then the syringe is discarded. The puncture needle is prevented from being exposed outside to puncture medical wor
