The gear piece is rotationally connected with the supporting assembly. One end of the support component deviating from the axis of the gear piece is rotationally connected with the handle component; the inside of the handle assembly is rotatably connected with a bidirectional stop assembly, the handle assembly is provided with a first position and a second position, and the handle assembly is rotatably switched between the first position and the second position; when the handle assembly is located at the first position, the two-way stop assembly is in contact connection with the gear piece and stops the gear piece anticlockwise.
