A speed reducer oil level extension pipe is installed at an oil drainage hole in the bottom of the speed reducer, and the lubricating oil level in the speed reducer is led out of a cooling tower fan air duct through the speed reducer oil level extension pipe; an on-site visible oil level meter is installed outside an air duct of a cooling tower fan, meanwhile, a built-in electronic floating ball liquid level meter is installed in the visible oil level meter, and the floating ball liquid level meter is connected into an operation room computer. The included angle between the speed reducer oil level extension pipe and the horizontal plane is 0 degree, and the included angle between the visible oil level indicator and the speed reducer oil level extension pipe is 90 degrees +/-5 degrees and is perpendicular to the
