The novel connecting device for the latticed column and the circular tube steel structure column comprises a steel stand column, angle steel, a latticed column connecting plate, a steel stand column embedded part, a batten plate and the latticed column which are arranged from top to bottom. The angle steel and the steel stand column embedded part are welded and fixed in the steel stand column through the latticed column connecting plate to form an integral component, the length of the angle steel is 1m in the vertical direction, the component is welded and constructed in a processing plant, the angle steel at the lower end of the steel stand column embedded part is inserted into the latticed column, and then reinforced concrete formwork pouring is conducted. By means of the connection mode, connection of the latticed column and the circular pipe steel column can be rapidly achieved, the qua
