Comprising a cooling tower, a desulfurization tower, an oxidation tower, an absorption tower, a bag-type dust collector, a chimney and a water purification system, a flue gas inlet is formed in one side of the cooling tower, and an outlet of the cooling tower is connected with the desulfurizing tower; an atomizing nozzle is arranged at the top of the desulfurizing tower and is connected with a demineralized water pipe; a drain hole is also formed in the bottom of the desulfurization tower; the desulfurizing tower is connected with the oxidizing tower; an oxidation generator is arranged in the oxidation tower, and the oxidation tower is connected with the absorption tower; a water inlet pipeline is arranged in the absorption tower and is connected with a demineralized water pipe; in the use process of the device, desulfurized purified water can be merged
