The first guide sleeve pin shaft and the second guide sleeve pin shaft are fixed to the reduction gear and an inner cavity of the shell respectively, a first spring guide sleeve is arranged on the first guide sleeve pin shaft in an abutting-against mode, a second spring guide sleeve is arranged on the second guide sleeve pin shaft in an abutting-against mode, and a spring is arranged between the first spring guide sleeve and the second spring guide sleeve in a sleeved mode.
