Height adjusting and fastening device

A height adjusting fastening device comprises a bolt and a bearing column fixedly installed on a fixing flat plate, the bearing column is sleeved with an adjusting nut, the upper end of the adjusting nut is provided with a first spherical gasket, the upper end of the first spherical gasket is provided with connected equipment, the upper end of the connected equipment is provided with a pressing ring, and the upper end of the pressing ring is provided with a second spherical gasket. One end of the bolt sequentially penetrates through the second spherical gasket, the pressing ring, connected equipment, the first spherical gasket and the adjusting nut to be fixedly connected with the bearing column, and the contact face between the adjusting nut and the first spherical gasket and the contact face between the pressing ring and the second spherical gasket are spherical faces with the same radius. According to the device, no matter whether connected equipment and the fixed flat plate are parallel or not in the adju
