Zusammenfassung: | A two-dimensional ultrasonic vibration angle-adjustable workpiece clamping system comprises a support, an angle adjustment driving mechanism, a fixed cylinder, a rotating cylinder, a precise numerical control rotary table, a transducer and an amplitude-change pole assembly. Ultrasonic vibration is added to the workpiece, grinding force and grinding temperature are effectively reduced, the grinding effect is improved, meanwhile, the inclination angle of the center line of the gear workpiece is adjusted, namely, the included angle between the center line of the gear workpiece and the rotation center line of a gear is adjusted, and therefore the grinding angle and range can be enlarged, and the grinding device is suitable for wider grinding operation.
