Each welding part is fixed in the corresponding first groove and used for being connected with the end of the base pipe in a welded mode. According to the composite tube plate, the welding part can be arranged in the base plate area welded with the base tube, so that the welding defect easily generated in the prior art is overcome, the waste of welding materials is avoided, and the welding quality is improved.
