An air bag device for measuring pressure of deep ground surrounding rock comprises a shield shell and a plurality of air bag assemblies matched with a groove in the periphery of the shield shell in size, and each air bag assembly comprises an air bag body and an air bag nozzle; the air bag nozzle is installed at the tail of the air bag assembly, the front section of the air bag nozzle comprises a shell, a main port, side ports, a pressure sensor and a storage chip, the symmetrically-arranged side ports are located in the two sides of the main port, the pressure sensor is located on the upper side face of the shell of the air bag nozzle, and the storage chip is arranged at the lower end of the pressure sensor; the air bag mouth middle section comprises an air bag mouth external thread and a fixing cover, the air bag mouth external thread is matched with the internal thread of the fixing cover, and lines are matched; the air pressure control valve is arranged on the upper side face of the air bag nozzle rear se
