Exhaust holes are formed in the top of the gas gathering disc, and drainage holes are formed in the side edge of the bottom; a circular swing part is vertically and rotationally connected to the upper portion of the gas gathering disc, pushing plates are evenly and fixedly connected to the edge of the swing part in the circumferential direction, and bubbles exhausted by the exhaust holes move upwards and collide with the pushing plates to enable the swing part to rotate. Bubbles generated in the heating process are collected by the gas gathering disc and then are discharged through the exhaust hole, and the pushing plate on the edge of the swinging piece is pushed in the rising process of the bubbles so that the push
