The activated carbon plate is located on the upper side of the supporting plate, a bearing frame is fixed to the top of the bearing box in a penetrating mode, a second draught fan and a partition net are fixed in the bearing frame, a charging wire penetrates through the top of the bearing box to be connected with a battery pack, and the battery pack is fixed to the inner top of the bearing box.
