Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides an eyeshade and ear-nose catheter device for health care, which comprises an eyeshade provided with a left eyeshade body and a right eyeshade body which are not communicated with each other and form a closed chamber; the nasal catheter is provided with a flow guide tube and a nasal tube; the air inlet and the air outlet are symmetrically formed in the side edges of the left cover body and the right cover body; one end of the gas inlet conduit is connected with the gas inlet, and the other end is connected with the hydrogen generator; one end of the air outlet guide pipe is connected with the air outlet, and the other end is connected with two ends of the flow guide pipe; hydrogen enters the closed chambers of the left mask body and the right mask body through the air inlet guide pipes respectively, so that the eyes and the ear canals have a health-care effect, and the hydrogen in the closed chambers enters the nostrils through the air outlet guide pipes by breathing, so that respira
