The flow speed regulating valve is connected with an electro-hydraulic directional control valve, the electro-hydraulic directional control valve is connected with two hydraulic control one-way valves, the hydraulic control one-way valves are connected with oil cylinders, and a differential valve is installed between one hydraulic control one-way valve and the electro-hydraulic directional control valve.
