A heat conduction silica gel layer is arranged at the contact position of the heat collection blocks and the boiler outer wall, each heat collection block is provided with a heat collection block fixing hole and a thermocouple inserting hole, and the heat collection blocks are connected with the boiler outer wall through the heat collection block fixing holes.
