The ceramic rock plate surface polishing machining device comprises a polishing grinding head, a conveying belt arranged below the polishing grinding head and a buffer plate used for being clamped between the conveying belt and a ceramic rock plate in a cushioned mode. The buffer plate comprises a base plate layer and an anti-skid layer which are arranged in an attached mode, when the ceramic rock plate surface polishing machining device is in a polishing state, the buffer plate is clamped between the conveying belt and the ceramic rock plate, the base plate layer is arranged in an attached mode with the upper end face of the conveying belt, and the anti-skid layer is arranged between the base plate layer and the ceramic rock plate. The anti-skid layer is attached to the lower end face of the ceramic rock plate. The buffering plate which can be clamped between the conveying belt and the ceramic rock pla
