The following scheme is provided: the wheelchair comprises a seat plate, and a shank plate is rotationally mounted on the left side of the seat plate; a backup plate is rotatably mounted at the top of the seat plate, four symmetrically-arranged positioning seats are fixedly mounted at the bottom of the seat plate, the same transmission rod is slidably connected to the two corresponding positioning seats, a massage mechanism is arranged on the seat plate and is in transmission connection with the transmission rod, a transmission mechanism is arranged on the transmission rod, and the massage mechanism is in transmission connection with the transmission rod.
