Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a Doherty power amplifier based on a peak synthesis network. The Doherty power amplifier comprises an equal Wilkinson power divider, a carrier power amplification circuit, a peak power amplification circuit, a carrier impedance inversion network, a novel peak synthesis network and a post-matching network. Wherein the two paths of synthesis networks are composed of a carrier impedance inversion network and a novel peak value synthesis network, and are output to a 50-ohm terminal load through a post-matching network. Compared with the prior art, the novel peak value synthesis network provided by the utility model utilizes a plurality of independent design variables to adjust the load impedance at the rollback position of the carrier transistor to be close to an impedance solution space of a continuous B/J type mode, and expands and improves the bandwidth and power rollback efficiency of the designed Doherty power amplifier at a high-frequency position.
