The detachable building structure comprises a baffle, inserting blocks are arranged at the four end corners of the lower end face of the baffle, limiting grooves are formed in the front end faces and the rear end faces of the inserting blocks, supporting columns are arranged below the inserting blocks, inserting grooves are formed in the middles of the upper end faces of the supporting columns, and the inserting grooves are connected with the limiting grooves. Threaded holes are formed in the front end face and the rear end face of each supporting column, threaded rods are arranged on the inner sides of the threaded holes, fixing blocks are fixedly installed at the ends, opposite to each other, of the outer surfaces of the two threaded rods, stopping blocks are fixedly installed at the ends, opposite to each other, of the outer surfaces of the two threaded rods, and springs are arranged on the outer surfaces of the stopping blocks in a sleeving mode. The outer surface of the threaded rod is sleeved with a mov
