The visual positioning and detecting device comprises a mounting seat; the photographing assembly is arranged on the mounting base and used for photographing the workpiece before marking so as to position the workpiece and further used for photographing the marked workpiece so as to detect whether the workpiece marking is qualified or not; the first lighting assembly is arranged on the mounting base and used for lighting the workpiece before marking, the first lighting assembly is provided with a phase forming hole used for enabling the photographing assembly to conduct phase forming on the workpiece, and the photographing assembly directly faces the phase forming hole; and the second polishing assembly is arranged on the mounting base and is used for polishing the workpiece after the workpiece is marked.
