The MBR membrane device comprises a supporting frame, the supporting frame comprises four stand columns, a top square frame and a bottom square frame, the top square frame and the bottom square frame are connected with the four stand columns, the supporting frame is provided with a plurality of curtain type membranes which are arranged in parallel, and membrane water outlets are formed in the two side walls, extending out of the top of the supporting frame, of the curtain type membranes; a water collecting frame is arranged at the top of the supporting frame and comprises two water collecting pipes perpendicular to the plate face direction of the curtain type membrane, a plurality of water collecting openings corresponding to the membrane water outlets are formed in the water collecting pipes, the membrane water outlets and the water collecting openings are connected through U-shaped pipes, supporting rods are arranged at the bottoms of the water collecting pipes, and the supporting rods and the top of the su
