Zusammenfassung:	An embodiment of the utility model discloses a cable shaft clamp which comprises a connecting rope and a cross beam, the connecting rope is used for penetrating through the center of a cable shaft and then connecting the cable shaft to a lifting device, two ends of the connecting rope are respectively connected to the cross beam, and the cross beam is connected to the lifting device. The cross beam is arranged between the cable shaft and the lifting device, two connecting parts are arranged on the cross beam in a spaced mode, the connecting rope is supported by the two connecting parts, and the distance between the two connecting parts is larger than the length of the axis of the cable shaft. The cable shaft is connected to the cross beam through the connecting rope, the lifting devices are connected through the two ends of the cross beam, and the distance between the connecting parts at the two ends of the cross beam is larger than the axis length of the cable shaft, so that friction between the side face of
