A valve joint and a pressure gauge joint are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting pipe, the valve joint is connected with the sampling valve, and the pressure gauge joint is connected with the pressure gauge; the partition plate is arranged on the inner wall of the connecting pipe and divides the connecting pipe into two parts, the part between the partition plate and the valve connector is an impact cavity, and the part between the partition plate and the pressure gauge connector is a buffer cavity; the pressure relief mechanism is arranged on the connecting pipe and communicates with the buffer cavity and the outside. The threaded pipe is wound on the outer wall of the connecting pipe in a snakelike mode, one end of the threaded pipe is communicated into the impact cavity, and the other end of
