The valve cover (1) and the valve body (10) are fixed together through a clamp spring (6); an air inlet (11) and an air outlet (13) are formed in the valve body (10); the spring support (3) is arranged below the first spring (2) and used for supporting the first spring (2). The diaphragm (4) disconnects the air inlet (11) from the inflation and deflation channel (12) and the air outlet (13) under the acting force of the first spring (2); the flow dynamic adjusting assembly (7) is provided with an inflation and deflation channel (12), a second spring (8) and a piston (9).
