A probe of the monitoring unit is connected with a receiving anchor rod, and the receiving anchor rod is inserted into a drill hole of a rock mass. The receiving anchor rod is of a hollow structure, an inner cavity of the receiving anchor rod is a grouting cavity, and a grouting hole is formed in the receiving anchor rod. The upper portion of the receiving anchor rod is sleeved with a positioning device, the positioning device comprises a circular positioning part and a positioning baffle, the top end of the circular positioning part is integrally connected with the positioning baffle, and the upper portion of the receiving anchor rod is sleeved with the positioning device through the center through hole.
