The anti-reflection film system comprises a substrate layer; the transition layer is connected with the substrate layer, the transition layer comprises at least one first film layer and at least one second film layer, when the first film layers and the second film layers are multiple, the first film layers and the second film layers are alternately stacked, and the refractive index of the first film layers is larger than that of the second film layers; and the microstructure layer is arranged on the surface of one side of the transition layer and is connected with the second film layer. According to the utility model, the problem of high reflectivity of an optical element in the prior art is solved.
