The gas-liquid dual-purpose exhaust valve comprises a valve body, a valve rod is installed at the upper end of the valve body, the valve body is provided with an exhaust channel extending vertically, one side of the upper end of the valve body is provided with a gas outlet hole which extends leftwards and rightwards and can be communicated with the exhaust channel, and the lower end of the valve rod is provided with a clamping groove with a downward opening. A sealing gasket used for blocking an opening in the upper end of the exhaust channel is clamped into the clamping groove, the lower end of the exhaust channel is open, and the exhaust channel is detachably connected with a liquid level pipe. A gap is reserved between the upper end face of the clamping groove and the top of the sealing gasket, and a spring is installed between the top of the sealing gasket and the upper end face of the clamping groove. The upper end of the valve body is internally provided with a convex ring located on the edge of the upp
