The inner side of a countersunk opening formed in the mounting base is in clearance fit with the peripheral side of the mounting plate, a screw hole is formed in the bottom of the countersunk opening, the two sides of the column body are symmetrically and fixedly connected with the peripheral side of the bottom of a fixing pipe, and reflective stickers are symmetrically pasted to the other two sides of the column body; the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with one end of a movable pipe, the other end of the movable pipe is fixedly connected with a fixing plate, a through ho
