An opening is formed in the top of the inflated and expanded inflatable bag main body, and a containing cavity for containing the water bag is formed in the top of the inflated and expanded inflatable bag main body; an air inflation cavity in the air inflation bag is communicated with the air pipe, and the air inflation cavity which is inflated and expanded extrudes the containing cavity; the inflation bag is connected with the first end of the three-way connector through the air pipe, the second end of the three-way connector is connected with the air supply end of the inflation device, and the third end of the three-way connector is connected with the air pressure measuring device. The liqu
